Your first assignments are to get the course syllabus signed and complete the Icarus. The Icarus should have items on it that represent your interests and dreams. You can use magazines or computer graphics on it. If you are a great artist, you can draw on it (no stick figures or sloppy drawings). It should have at least 10-15 items on it and be very neatly put together.

We will be working on a non-fiction story/narrative paper unit as the first unit we will be doing. Please bring a hard copy of your paper to every class meeting. My printer is broken or out of ink does not work. If that is the case, either hand-write it or email it to me, and I will print it out.
